Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025 · Last Updated: January 1, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the services offered by TechBuilders LLC (“ReviewFire,” “we,” “us”). It is incorporated into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By purchasing or subscribing to the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Payments for the Services — including subscription fees, setup fees, add-ons, and any one-time charges — are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for amounts already paid.

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal until you cancel.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — your plan remains active through the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

4. No Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not issue refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, plan downgrades, or features you did not use. Fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Try Before You Buy

Where we offer a free trial, demo, or introductory plan, we encourage you to evaluate the Services fully before purchasing. Once a paid charge is processed, this Refund Policy applies.

6. Billing Errors and Legal Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a timely cancellation — contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law; where such law requires a refund, we will honor it.

7. How to Cancel

You can cancel from your account’s billing settings, or by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your account. To stop a renewal, please cancel before your next billing date.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid, non-refundable charge may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
