Review Fire requires an annual commitment for two main reasons. 1. It helps avoid high setup fees and 2. it gets our clients committed to the process. We know that listening to clients and driving reviews improves our client’s business. Taking a kick-the-tire approach to long term business improvement does not work. Commit to the process and you will flurish.
99% of our clients have no other fees beyond their monthly commitment.
Possible reasons for extra fees include;
- You go over your SMS Text Messaging allotment. You will be billed 1 Cent for every message over your limit.
- You need custom programming or you make a special request. You would agree to cost before any work began.
- Can’t think of a 3rd reason.
